Pinwheel Sandwiches
1 loaf bread (unsliced)
1/4 K mayonnaise
400 g sweet ham
1 pack sliced cheese
Cooking oil
Cling wrap
Procedure
1. Cook the sweet ham
2. Slice the loaf bread lengthwise
To assemble
1. Flatten the bread using rolling pin
2. Spread with mayonnaise
3. Place the ham and cheese alternately
4. Gently roll the bread
5. Wrap with cling wrap
6. Refrigerate for 15 mins
7. Cut and serve
